HealthFlow — Telemedicine App (Mobile MVP)

Mobile-first MVP for remote healthcare appointments

Mobile · MVP · HealthTech · UX/UI

HealthFlow was designed as a self-initiated product concept exploring how telemedicine could feel calmer, clearer and more human on mobile devices. The project focused on early-stage healthcare products that aim to move consultations online, but struggle with usability, trust and patient confidence — especially on small screens.

Problem

Many telemedicine apps create friction instead of reducing it:

This leads to anxiety, drop-offs and low trust in remote healthcare solutions.

Goal

Design a mobile MVP that:

The goal was usability and trust — not a full medical system.

Solution

HealthFlow was structured around clarity and emotional comfort:

All decisions were made to minimize cognitive and emotional load.

HealthFlow App Interface

Clear entry point & system awareness

Patients immediately see their current health status, upcoming appointments and key signals in one place. This reduces uncertainty and gives a sense of control from the first screen.

HealthFlow Doctor Search and Specialist Selection Interface
HealthFlow Appointment Booking and Date Selection Screen

Structured specialist discovery

Doctors and specializations are presented in a clear, comparable format. Users can quickly understand who to contact and why, without navigating complex filters or menus.

HealthFlow Appointment Confirmation and Payment Processing

Frictionless appointment flow

Scheduling and confirmation are designed as a single, predictable flow. No hidden steps, no ambiguity — users always know what happens next.

Smart Insights

Trust-driven consultation experience

The consultation interface focuses on human connection and clarity. Minimal UI elements reduce distraction and help users feel confident during remote care.
