HealthFlow — Telemedicine App (Mobile MVP)
Mobile-first MVP for remote healthcare appointments
HealthFlow was designed as a self-initiated product concept exploring how telemedicine could feel calmer, clearer and more human on mobile devices. The project focused on early-stage healthcare products that aim to move consultations online, but struggle with usability, trust and patient confidence — especially on small screens.
Problem
Many telemedicine apps create friction instead of reducing it:
- booking flows are unclear and stressful
- consultations feel confusing and impersonal
- users don’t know what to do after an appointment
This leads to anxiety, drop-offs and low trust in remote healthcare solutions.
Goal
Design a mobile MVP that:
- simplifies appointment booking,
- supports clear and calm remote consultations,
- suprovides obvious next steps after a visit.
The goal was usability and trust — not a full medical system.
Solution
HealthFlow was structured around clarity and emotional comfort:
- Straightforward booking flow. Clear doctor profiles, availability and expectations.
- Calm consultation experience. Minimal UI optimized for focus during calls.
- Post-visit clarity. Summaries, follow-up actions and reassurance.
- Restrained visual language. Neutral colors and spacing to reduce stress.
All decisions were made to minimize cognitive and emotional load.

Doctors and specializations are presented in a clear, comparable format. Users can quickly understand who to contact and why, without navigating complex filters or menus.
